Kareena Kapoor paired with Farhan Akhtar

First he directed Kareena Kapoor . Now Farhan Akhtar will share screen space with her. Yes, both will be seen together in Sudhir Mishra ’s untitled venture.

The movie will come from the house of Excel Entertainment, company of Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, and will explore the man-woman relationship and its dynamics.

Farhan has confirmed the news, and is in the process of finalizing the deal. When Sudhir narrated the script to Farhan, he was immediately fascinated by the story. About Kareena, Farhan says: "she's been a friend for many years” and the film has her in "role to die for".

For director Sudhir Mishra, this is a golden opportunity. His last release Khoya Khoya Chand was a dud and his take on Devdas, Aur Devdas , has been shelved after Anurag Kashyap’s Dev. D . Now, with the talent of Kareena and Farhan to match his directorial skills, Mishra is expected to make something unique.

Farhan and Kareena were seen together for few moments in the recently released Luck By Chance . Kareena has the experience of working with Sudhir in Chameli in which Bebo deviated from Bollywood mainstream by playing a sex worker.

How she looks with Farhan on screen is something her fans would eagerly wait for.
